Per Uddgårdh is the company's founder, CEO and partner, and has over many years established himself as a leading specialist in advanced infrastructure and tactical training environments. With a background as an infrastructure engineer and reserve officer in the army, he combines technical expertise with deep operational understanding.

He has extensive experience in business management and leading complex construction and development projects, as well as designing and delivering high-performance shooting ranges, training facilities and specialized environments for Swedish government agencies. Per is known for his ability to translate tactical needs, security requirements and technical specifications into sustainable and modern solutions.
