Per is the company's CEO and Partner. Per is an infrastructure engineer and a reserve officer in the Swedish infantry with many years of experience from management, leadership and complex construction projects  and the design of shooting ranges, shooting ranges and training facilities for Swedish authorities.

General (ret.) and former Chief of Defence in Denmark. Currently chairman of several boards.

Partner and Head of Logistics and Light Industrial at Slättö. Slättö is a leading Nordic private equity real estate investor with EUR 2.5 billion in assets under management and over 160,000 sqm of logistics developments completed or underway. Lars leads the logistics strategy across the full value chain—from zoning to asset management—bringing extensive expertise in real estate, logistics, and facility development.

Founder and CEO of MW Group. Mikael is active in the Coastal Rangers in the Swedish Armed Forces. Member of the Board in the Swedish Defence Industry Association (SOFF).

Erik is the Regional Director for Global Defence Sales – Europe for the American arms manufacturer Sig Sauer Inc. He previously served as Chief Business Development Officer at MW Group and prior to that as the global Head of Government Affairs at 4C Strategies.
